evoleo – create the best you
I worked on evoleo, a career mentoring platform designed to help professionals seeking to further their education identify and pursue their next career steps. The platform provides personalized career recommendations and step-by-step guidance based on real-world career paths to help users achieve their goals. This project was the capstone of the UX design bootcamp I completed in 2019. As the UX designer, I was responsible for conducting research, interviewing users, synthesizing insights, designing the user interface, conducting usability testing, and delivering a finalized prototype.
Challenge
Professionals, who want to improve their skills or even switch careers,
might be overwhelmed by the vast amount of options they have.
Problem Statement
Professionals need a way to navigate through the endless amount of possibilities
to educate themselves, because they want to enhance career growth.
Competitive Analysis
The competitive analysis shows that there are some useful products out there,
to network and furthering education, but non of the competitors combines
all the features I wanted for my product.

Usability Testing
I conducted 3 usability testings with a low-fidelity invision prototype and realized, that something was missing.
I needed to go back to my user goals and make sure that they were addressed well.
